- Booking confirmation must be made via the chalet’s official WhatsApp number.
- An insurance deposit of QAR 1,000 is required upon booking. The amount will be refunded within 24 hours after verifying the condition of the chalet and its facilities.
- A late check-out fee of QAR 200 per hour will be deducted from the deposit for any delays beyond the scheduled check-out time.
- In case of cancellation, the down payment is non-refundable. However, the booking can be rescheduled if prior notice is given 1 week in advance.
- For the safety of all guests, pets are not allowed.
- Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times when using the pool.
- Glassware is strictly prohibited inside or around the pool area.
- Speakers and loud music are not allowed to avoid disturbing nearby villas.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet.
- The management is not responsible for any lost or misplaced personal belongings inside the chalet.
- In case of emergencies, please call the official emergency number immediately. The management is not responsible for any drowning incidents or injuries occurring in or around the pool.
